We are thrilled to announce that our architectural firm has won the design competition for the "Ping Shi An Ju D" social housing project and will be collaborating with Kong Wei Construction Co., Ltd. on the turnkey contract for this initiative.
Located at the intersection of Ruixiang Street and Houjia 1st Road in Tainan City's East District, the "Ping Shi An Ju D" project is part of Phase II of the Ping Shi Camp Urban Land Readjustment Area. This prime location is surrounded by Ping Shi Park, Dayi Night Market, the T.S. Mall, and the Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital Tainan Branch, offering residents rich living amenities. Additionally, the site provides excellent connectivity, being near Provincial Highway 1 and the Dawan Interchange on National Freeway No. 1.
Scheduled for completion in 2029, the project will deliver 325 social housing units alongside retail spaces to enhance the area's commercial potential. The design also incorporates green pedestrian walkways connecting Bases B, C, and Ping Shi Park, creating a friendly and accessible environment for all. In the future, the combined four bases of "Ping Shi An Ju" will offer a total of 1,363 social housing units, establishing a safe and diverse residential hub in Tainan's East District.
