We are honored to announce that our team has won First Prize in the architectural competition for the Qiaoxin Anju B social housing project! Organized by the National Housing and Urban Regeneration Center (HURC), this project aims to create a modern and community-friendly social housing development in Qiaotou District, Kaohsiung. Scheduled for completion in 2029, the development will provide approximately 505 residential units, along with commercial spaces and a childcare center to cater to diverse community needs.
Located in Phase 1 of Kaohsiung’s New Town Development Area, Qiaoxin Anju B enjoys excellent connectivity, situated near the intersection of Xinzhong 5th Street and Qiaoxin 10th Road. The site is just a 5-minute drive from the MRT Qingpu Station, a 7-minute drive from Taiwan Railways Qiaotou Station, and close to the National Highway No. 1 Nanzih Interchange, ensuring a well-integrated urban lifestyle.
In our design approach, we carefully considered the local geography and community needs, aiming to create a harmonious living environment that blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural and cultural landscape. Sustainability is at the core of our design, incorporating extensive greenery and multi-layered open spaces to foster community interaction and social engagement. Additionally, a dedicated childcare center has been thoughtfully integrated to support young families, ensuring a convenient and family-friendly living environment.
